The "Classic Manger" StartUp Sound is a soothing intro to your Mac for the Holiday season based on the last line of the carol "Away In A Manger." It is orchestrated by an eloquently-plucked classical guitar that is backed by a virtual chorus that crescendos perfectly at the conclusion of the sound.
The "Classic Manger" sound is one of many from the Clixsounds "Holiday Series" of freeware sounds and can be downloaded from here or the Clixsounds Web site. It is available in both stereo and mono versions.
